My name is Matthew J. Cairy, and I wanted to introduce myself the old-fashioned way — by letter. I’ve recently returned to Eastern Iowa after a difficult but transformative chapter in my life. I’ve been in business development for over 15 years, mastering the art and science of sales and business growth.

I've built my own multi-location business, trained hundreds of sales professionals, and helped dozens of businesses break through their revenue ceilings.

But last July, life threw me a major curveball.

My business partner — someone I trusted deeply — emptied our accounts and fled the country. Overnight, I lost everything. No income. No safety net. Just the skills I’d spent my career building and the decision to rebuild — this time, on my terms.

So I moved back home to Eastern Iowa. This time, I’m committed to working face-to-face with local business owners who care about their customers, their teams, and the community — just like I do.
